爐身雙層焗油保護： "SANYUEN"焗爐使用電解鋼板爐身，在噴漆前，使用進口防高溫之膠槳，將所有多余氣孔位密封，進行焗油前處理后，涂一層防銹油放進焗干，最后涂上面油一次入爐房焗干。爐身表面光潔平滑，而且油漆不易脫落。
溫度的準(zhǔn)確性："SANYUEN"焗爐采用優(yōu)質(zhì)日本溫度制和進口的電制配件，控制焗爐溫度的準(zhǔn)確性和運作的精密性。控制溫度的準(zhǔn)確度高，普通型爐±2.5℃,精密型爐±2.0℃。

The interior walls are made of stainless sleel. The blower and sidewall plenums are also stainless steel. Four perforated stainless shelves adjustable are included with every unif. Shelves and Racks should be conveniently arranged for your application. Removable shelves allow easier cleaning of the oven's interior.
